Ingredients

  • Onion sliced 1 inch thick
  • Dill
  • Parsley
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • Ketchup

Directions

  • Place onion level on bottom of baking dish
  • Mix together salt, dill and parsley, sprinkle evenly over onion
  • Salt both sides of fish and place on top of onions
  • Pepper dish
  • Pour veg oil over all
  • Ketchup on top
  • Cover, bake 10 minutes at 400
  • Reduce to 350 , bake 1 hour
