- Cooking Time: 70
- Servings: 8
- Preparation Time: 10
- Onion sliced 1 inch thick
- Dill
- Parsley
- Pinch of salt
- Pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Ketchup
DIRECTIONS
Place onion level on bottom of baking dish
Mix together salt, dill and parsley, sprinkle evenly over onion
Salt both sides of fish and place on top of onions
Pepper dish
Pour veg oil over all
Ketchup on top
Cover, bake 10 minutes at 400
Reduce to 350 , bake 1 hour
