- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tb. Ketchup
- 1 Tb. Vinegar
- Ground Pepper
- Minced garlic-a lot!
- Marinate a large flank steak in the sauce for a few hours then grill and slice length-wise in thin pieces.
NotesThis is my husbands family's "secret" and "classic" grilling recipe. He would kill me if he knew I was posting it on here but it's too good not to share!
I know that some of the ingredients in this recipe might seem a little odd but the combination is soooo good, you must try it!
