- 900g Butter
- 240g Golden syrup
- 1800g Porridge oats
- 900g Flour
- 1800g Demerera Sugar
DIRECTIONS
METHOD:
1. Melt butter and golden syrup together
2. Stir in demerera sugar and then flour, cool out
3. Add porridge oats and pour into moulds and leave to set
4. cut and eat
