Ingredients

  • 900g Butter
  • 240g Golden syrup
  • 1800g Porridge oats
  • 900g Flour
  • 1800g Demerera Sugar

Directions

  • METHOD:
  • 1. Melt butter and golden syrup together
  • 2. Stir in demerera sugar and then flour, cool out
  • 3. Add porridge oats and pour into moulds and leave to set
  • 4. cut and eat
