Ingredients You'll Need
7 or more apples, however many you want to fill your pan
3 Tablespoons white sugar
1 Cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon x 2
1 Cup oats
1/2 Cup butter or margarine
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C), or 350F (175C) if using a dark pan
2. Peel, core, and slice the apples
3. Sprinkle the white sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon on the apples and toss gently
4.Layer the sliced apples in a 9x13 inch baking pan
5. In a medium bowl combine the brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and oats
6. Cut the the butter into the oat mixture
7. Sprinkle oat mixture onto the apples
8. Bake for 45 minutes or until topping looks crunchy and apples are tender
