Notes

I teach the Chocolate class at Macy's Culinary Studio and this is one of the items we make. You can substitute 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate for the semisweet and unsweetened chocolate.

we ate one of these last night as desert after dinner. I didn't make it myself I am ashamed to admit but bought it from Wild Oats-it was terrific and I am glad to see a recipe for it, thank you. lucas hess
