FLUFFY CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 egg white, unbeaten
  • 1/4 cup boiling water

Directions

  • Cream butter with vanilla and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Add cocoa and egg whites. Continue beating, adding powdered sugar and boiling water alternately until desired consistency is reached.
