EN VEDETTE: Oignons.

Voici une recette assez simple mais que j'aime faire les weeks-ends quand j'ai du temps car elle demande un peu de temps (pour faire lever la pâte).

Ingredients You'll Need

DOUGH
2 tsp active dry yeast
1/4 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
2 Tbsp of oil
Up to 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
A little sunflower oil, for greasing
FOCACCIA
5 tbsp olive oil
2 large onions (red or yellow), sliced
handful rosemary sprigs (or dried rosemary)
1 tsp sea salt flakes, or to taste
