Fast, easy, delicious cobbler made with fresh fruit. Our family has enjoyed this dessert for generations, using fresh fruit from our very own family farm. You’ll love it!

1/4 lb. Butter
1 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
Milk
1 quart Fresh Fruit (can substitute for frozen)

Directions
Crumble 1/4 lb butter, 1 cup sugar, and 3/4 cup flour together.

Add enough milk to make a batter with a consistency similar to pancake batter.
Place 1 quart of fresh fruit* (any kind you want) in a 9 x 9 pan.
*If you substitute with frozen fruit, use 2 tbl tapioca with sugared fruit.
