Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe comes from the city of Porto in Portugal, the original recipes are only found in that city. It's the type of food you can't help but love even if people think a sandwich soaked with sauce is weird.


Ingredients You'll Need

SAUCE : ( for 2 people ) :
- 1 beer
- 1 Knorr broth
- 2 bay leaves ,
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 glass of porto wine ,
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch ,
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste ,
- 1/2 cup of milk ,
- Piri -piri ,
- Egg (optional )

SANDWICH ( 1 person ) :
- 2 slices of French bread ,
- Ham,
- Cheese
- Sausages ,
- 1 steak.


Directions

Dissolve the Knorr soup with the beer, lead to heat and add the other ingredients except cornstarch and milk . Stir for 5min.


Dissolve apart , cornstarch with cold milk and add to the mixture , stirring until thickened.


Remove bay leaf and mash everything with the magic wand .


Bring to the boil over a bit and wait.


In The sandwich put ham, a roast beef , sliced ​​sausage first half ( vertical) and cut sausage equally , in layers.


Make the sandwich and above , place the fried egg (optional ) and then cover sandwich with slices of cheese on all sides.
