FRANKWICHES

 

  • Cooking Time: 4-6 hours
  • Servings: 8-10
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 4 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 2lbs frankfurtes, thinly sliced
  • 1 8 ounce container of sour cream
  • 1 package English muffins

Directions

  • Mixture will be thick
  • In crock pot mixture the first 5 ingredients together
  • Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  • Turn to high
  • Stir in sour cream
  • If to thick add a little water to thin
  • Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes longer
  • Serve over toasted English muffins
