This one is from a 1976 Better Homes and Garden Cookbook. A fun family dinner
CATEGORIES
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 4-6 hours
- Servings: 8-10
- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 2 cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 4 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2lbs frankfurtes, thinly sliced
- 1 8 ounce container of sour cream
- 1 package English muffins
DIRECTIONS
Mixture will be thick
In crock pot mixture the first 5 ingredients together
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
Turn to high
Stir in sour cream
If to thick add a little water to thin
Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes longer
Serve over toasted English muffins
