8 c. cucumbers,washed and sliced thin(do not peel)
1/4 c. pickling salt
1c. onions,sliced thin
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
Place cucumbers,onions, and salt in glass bowl,soak for one hour. Press all liquid from cucumbers and onions. Place in a glass bowl and add remaining ingredients.Put in refrigerator overnight.Put in freezer containers and freeze. DO NOT use a metal bowl.
