Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup french's fried onions (crushed)

Directions

  • Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  • Coat the chicken in egg and dredge it through the crushed onions.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
