- 1-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1-1/4 cups water
- Place ingredients in your bread machine pan according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Process using the white bread cycle and light to medium crust setting.
- Makes a 1-1/2 lb. loaf
NotesComing out of a bread machine it doesn't look French, but it sure does taste good...Love using it to make a panini sandwich. Simple, economical and better than store-bought..recipe came from one of my many bread machine cookbooks.
