FRESH SALSA

Ingredients

  • 28 oz. can stewed tomatoes - drained
  • 3 - 4 fresh tomatoes - diced
  • 3 fresh jalapeño peppers - cored, seeded, minced
  • 1 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbls. crushed garlic
  • 1 1/4 tsp. Creole OR Cajun seasoning
  • 1 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/4 tsp. chili powder

Directions

  • Stir together all ingredients.
  • -Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
