Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream
2 cups unstemmed fresh strawberries cut in half and frozen overnight
1 1/2 ripe avocados peeled and cut in pieces
1/4 cup agave
4-5 oz. Ghirardelli 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips
In a food processor put frozen strawberries and pulse till chunky.
Add avocado pieces and agave and pulse till creamy but not mushy.
Add chocolate chips and pulse trying to keep the chocolate chips chunky.
