Why I Love This Recipe

Every Friday night my mom would make this appetizer to preceed dad making his Chef Boyardee pizza in a box. Love the sausage balls.

Ingredients You'll Need

1lb. Hot sausage
Small jar Cheese Whiz
1/2 C. milk
3 C. Bisquick

Fry the sausage and drain. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl adding bisquick 1 cup at a time. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Cook in 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until light brown on the outside. Leave remaining sausage balls on the cookie sheet and place in the freezer. When hard place in a freezer bag and save.

To heat frozen balls remove from freezer and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Pre-heat oven to 375 and cook 30-45 minutes. Keep an eye on them.
