FRIDAY NIGHT SAUSAGE BALLS
Friday Night Sausage Balls
Every Friday night my mom would make this appetizer to preceed dad making his Chef Boyardee pizza in a box. Love the sausage balls.

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 20-45 minutes
- Servings: about 3 dozen
- Preparation Time: 30 minutes
- 1lb. Hot sausage
- Small jar Cheese Whiz
- 1/2 C. milk
- 3 C. Bisquick
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl adding bisquick 1 cup at a time. Place in fridge for 15 minutes to cool dough- helps make rolling into balls easier. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Cook in 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until light brown on the outside. Leave remaining sausage balls on the cookie sheet and place in the freezer. When hard place in a freezer bag and save. Serve with dijon mustard.
To heat frozen balls remove from freezer and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Pre-heat oven to 375 and cook 30-45 minutes. Keep an eye on them.
