Fried Cabbage

Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
1 large head cabbage
vinegar - optional


Brown the bacon in large deep skillet. Take out bacon and place on a paper towel. Shred cabbage


and place in skillet with the bacon grease. Crumble bacon over cabbage. Then pour water to just cover bottom of pan. Cook on med. high just until cabbage is wilted,turn down to med low,take off lid and then stir and cook cabbage until a little brown.


Tip: You can sprinkle vinegar on it.
