- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 tbs bacon grease
- 2 tsp butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Melt bacon grease and butter in large skillet. Add cabbage and salt & pepper. Stir till cabbage is wilted but still a bit crisp.
I was looking for ways to use the cabbage and came up with this one. I LOVE IT and it couldn't be easier.
This makes a great side dish with just about any type of pork. I also enjoy it for a quick "stir fry" and serve it with a turkey burger on those I don't want to cook nights!
