FRIED CARROT DUMPLINGS WITH YOGURT SAUCE AND PASTA
Fried Carrot Dumplings With Yogurt Sauce And Pasta
These are really easy to make and taste really good.
CATEGORIES
INGREDIENTS
- 2 onions
- olive oil or other to fry in
- 2 tsp curry powder (use your favourite)
- 1 deci litre (dl) dried rice
- 1 1/2 dl water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 350g carrots
- 50g white flour
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 dl fresh parsley
- stock or milk if necessary
- 25g parmesan cheese
- 90g white flour for dusting
- Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 jar of plain yogurt without any additives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh mint or 1 tsp dried mint
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients well and serve with the Carrot dumplings and the Pasta.
Put first the Pasta on the plate, then the dumplings in the middle and a dullop of the yogurt sauce on top.
