24 fresh oysters
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon Tony's Chachere Cajun Seasoning
1/4 t black pepper
1 c cornmeal
1/2 c flower
mix together eggs, milk in seasoning in a shallow bowl.
Mix together cornmeal and flower in another shallow bowl.
Roll oysters in egg bowl then roll in cornmeal bowl to coat.
Fry in oil heated over medium high heat for 3-5 minutes.
