1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup dill pickles slices
Oil for frying
Mix flour, salt, pepper in a bowl.
Lightly whip the egg in a separate bowl.
Add the milk to the egg.
Heat the oil to 325.
Dip pickles in flour then egg and back into flour.
Carefully place the pickles into hot oil.
