FRIED POTATO SKINS

Ingredients

  • Potato skins
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Ranch dressing

Directions

  • After peeling potatoes, take the skins only and put them in a frying pan with some oil.
  • Fry until done, then put salt on them.
  • Serve with ranch dressing.

Notes

Ok guys, I washed some potatoes to boil and my husband decided to take the potatoe skins and fry them. They were great along with some ranch dressing. Gotta try them now no more wasting of potato skins.
