FRIED RAVIOLI

Ingredients

  • Buttermilk
  • Cheese ravioli
  • Italian Breadcrumbs

Directions

  • Take your ravioli and dip into buttermilk until the excess drips off.
  • Then dredge in the crumbs and gently set into heated oil( I like canola oil for this).
  • Wait 2 minutes approx on each side ( or until they puff up ) and are brown.
  • Serve with Vodka Sauce.
