- Preparation Time: 0
- 2 tablespoons of butter.
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Add 4 eggs (sunny side up) and cook throroughly.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- When the eggs are completely cooked, remove from heat and add 1 cup of plain yogurt.
- You can eat it with pita bread.
- Its really fantastic.
NotesMy dad used to make this dish for us on Sunday mornings. I think it was a recipe passed on from his mom. Everytime I think about it, I can just taste it!
