INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup Old Bay seasoning (depending on how spicy you like it)
  • 1 pound of new red potatoes halved
  • 1 pound of hot smoked sausge links cut into large slices
  • 6 ears of corn cleaned and cut into smaller pieces left on the cob
  • 2 lbs of large fresh shirmp, unpeeled

DIRECTIONS

Bring water and Old Bay to a boil


Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes


Add sausage and cook for 5 more minutes


Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes


Add shrimp and cook till pink (3-5 minutes)


Drain and serve with drawn butter and/or cocktail sauce
