FROSTING FOR PINA COLADA PUDDING CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 pkg.4-serv. size) coconut cream flavor pudding mix
  • 1/3 cup ru
  • 1 container (9 oz. size) frozen whipped topping (thawed)

Directions

  • Combine Pineapple, pudding and Rum.
  • Beat until well blended.
  • Fold in Whipped topping.
  • Frost cake.
