- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- Mix together sugar, butter, and milk. Cook over med heat until it comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove. Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Beat well and spread on brownies.
