Ingredients

  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 3 T milk
  • 3 T cocoa
  • 3 T butter

Directions

  • Put in pan. Boil 45 seconds.
  • Beat until slightly cool (takes a while) add 2 t vanilla and spread on cake.
