- 2 (3oz.) cherry jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 lb fresh cranberries
- 1 orange
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c.celery,diced
- 1/2 c. pecan pieces
- 1 c.crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 Tbsp, lemon juice
- Dissolve jello in hot water;let cool. Grind cranberries,and orange in blender. Add sugar and remaining ingredients. Fold in jello and mix well. Pour into 2 quart mold and chill over night.
