- 1 large can mixed fruit(the industrial size)
- 32 oz plain yogurt
- 1 large chopped apple
- 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cups coconut
- 1/2 cups walnuts, I prefer pecans
- 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- Peel and dice apple.
- Mix all ingredients together and chill several hours before serving.
NotesThis is a REALLY good fruit salad. It makes a lot, great to take to potlucks.
