- 3 Cups Plain Yogurt
- 1 Small Box Any flavor Jello
- 1 Cup Boiling Water
- 3-5 packs of sugar substitute (depends on how sweet you like)
- Fresh fruit to go with the flavor of jello cut into small bite size pieces
- Pour boiling water into a bowl, add the sugar and jello stir till completely dissolved. Add the yogurt and stir til throughly combined.Throw in the fruit, give it another quick stir and cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until well chilled
NotesThis is a great way to get the little ones the extra calcium that they need. Also you can put it in freezziiee pops and freeze for a delicious cold treat on a lazy hot summer day.
My favorite combo is strawberry jello with fresh strawberries.
Orange jello - apricot/peach fruit
Cherry jello - Fresh cherries
