Fruit Fondue

Serves 4 | Prep Time 10 | Cook Time 20

Ingredients

3/4 cup fruity wine cooler
2 Tbsp orange juice concentrate
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp flour
pear chunks
apple chunks
pineapple chunks


Heat wine cooler and orange juice in medium sauce pan.


Dredge cheese in flour and add to wine mixture.


Stir until hot and melted over low heat.


Serve with pears, apple and pineapple.
