1 (20 oz) roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 cup fresh strawberries hulled,halved
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 banana sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup mandarin oranges
1/2 cup canned sliced peaches
1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks
Press cookie dough evenly into a 12 or 14-inch pizza pan. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven and cool completely.
Spread Cool Whip topping over cookie crust. Arrange fruit over topping. Servie immediately or chill thoroughly.
