Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Tortillas
1 lb. of strawberries
1 carton of raspberries
1 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
4 tablespoons sugar
18-20 10 inch tortillas
Spray butter or butter flavored cooking spray
Cinnamon and sugar
Cut fruit and place in a large bowl.
Add sugar and cover and chill in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut tortillas into wedges. Spray baking sheets with butter and arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer. Spray tortilla wedges with butter and sprinkle desired amount of cinnamon and sugar.
Bake for 10-15 minutes,or until crispy, like chips.
Cool chips and serve with fruit salsa
