  • Fruit & Spinach Smoothie
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • Handful of raw spinach

Directions

  • Puree in a blender.
  • Add water (or juice) to get things moving.
