  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1+3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 can pie filling, your choice


  • Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour and vanilla. Put 3/4 of the dough on a lightly greased jelly roll pan. Spread pie filling on top. Drop rest of dough on top of filling by spoonfuls. Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes.
