Fruit Tart Cheesecakes
Berries (any fruit)
Graham Cracker Crumbs
Preheat Oven to 350. Line cupcake holder with liners.
Stir together graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, melted butter.
Line muffin liner with mixture and evenly spread. Pack tightly.
Beat cream cheese, sour cream, egg, sugar, vanilla. No lumps
Poor evenly (2 tablespoons) of the cheesecake on top of crust.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until they begin to brown.
Cool Completely and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Place fruit on top and let chill until serving.
