BackstoryThis is one of my favorites for a quick lunch, snack or dinner! I first ordered it from D'Agostino's market when I was in college, but realized I could make it at home for half the price. I'll make this my first posted recipe because I'm at work and dont have too much time to write out a complicated recipe.
- 1 can albacore tuna
- mayo - to taste
- salt and pepper - to taste
- handful of dried cranberries
- about 1/2 green apple, diced
- Mix together and eat with a fork! QUICK, EASY and DELICIOUS!!!
