FRUITI CUSTARD

Fruiti Custard

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 apricot, diced
  • 1 peach, pitted and diced
  • 2 cups 1% milk
  • 3/4 cup splenda
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T flour
  • 1tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Mix together the flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract


Add gradually the scalded milk.


Put mixture in a sauce pan and bring slowly to a boil, stirring constantly


Let boil for 1 min


Remove from heat


With a fork mix in the fruits
