FRUITI CUSTARD

Ingredients

  • 1 apricot, diced
  • 1 peach, pitted and diced
  • 2 cups 1% milk
  • 3/4 cup splenda
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T flour
  • 1tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Mix together the flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract
  • Add gradually the scalded milk.
  • Put mixture in a sauce pan and bring slowly to a boil, stirring constantly
  • Let boil for 1 min
  • Remove from heat
  • With a fork mix in the fruits
