Fruity No Bake Cheescake
1 1/2 Cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 Cup butter, melted
1/2 Cup sugar, plus 2 Tbls. sugar
4 pkg. (8-oz) crean cgeese'1 ojg (12 oz.) mixed berries, thawed
1 (8-oz.0 WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED
Line a 9 X 13 inch pan with foil, with ends extending over sides of pan.
Mix graham crumbs, butter and 2 Tbls. sugar; press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan and refrigerate.
Smash berries into sugar; stir into cheese mixture.
Fold in 2 cups whipped topping. Spoon over crust; cover.
Refrigerate 4 hours.
Use foil handles to remove cheescake from pan before cutting into pieces to serve.
Dollop top with remaining whipped topping. Store leftovers in refrigerator
