Fudge Crinkles (made from a cake mix)
These are so easy. You can make a delicious "home-made" cookie in less time than it takes to wonder if you really have time to make a home-made cookie!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 box devil's food cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 350F. Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and vanilla with a spoon until dough forms.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar. On ungreased cookie sheet, place balls about 2 inches apart.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely. Store tightly covered.
