Fudge Glazed Chocolate Cheesecake Bars
2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
Filling and Topping:
3 pkgs. (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14-oz.)sweetened condensed milk
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons water
1-3/4 cups powdered sugar
Heat oven to 300 degrees. In ungreased 13x9-inch pan, mix all crust ingredients. Press firmly in bottom of pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy in large bowl. Beat in condensed milk, melted chocolate, vanilla and eggs until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl frequently. Pour over crust. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool 30 minutes.
In small sauce pan, melt 2-oz. unsweetened chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Beat in water and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over warm cheesecake.
Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until cold. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature before serving. Cut into squares.
