Fudge Shortbread Cookies
16 shortbread square cookies
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 (6oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Arrange cookies in bottom of lightly greased 8" square pan.
Cook condensed milk and chocolate pieces over low hear, stirring occasionally, 'til thick, smooth and shiny. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spoon over cookies in pan; carefully spread to cover. (You can sprinkle 2 shortbread cookies, crumbled, over to if you wish.) Refrigerate 'til set.
Cut in 2" squares to serve.
