Ingredients

1 vidro de 205gr de Fundo de Alcachofra SAPORI
50 g de queijo gorgonzola
150ml creme de leite fresco



Modo de Fazer


Aqueça ligeiramente o gorgonzola no microondas e, com o auxílio de um garfo, dilua-o com o creme de leite.


Arrume os fundos num recipiente refratário que possa ir à mesa, recheie-os com o gorgonzola diluído, gratine e sirva imediatamente como entrada. Sirva com torradas.
