- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- powder sugar or other toppings
DIRECTIONS
MIX ALL
8 inch skillet with 2 cups oil at 360 degrees
pour through funnel or out of something with a divit in spirals
fry 1-3 mins or until golden brown then flip over cook 1-2 minutes
top with topping
