Ingredients

  • ABOUT 6 PIECES OF CHICKEN(MY KIDS LOVE LEGS)
  • 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC CHOPPED
  • OREGENO
  • PAPARIKA
  • MARGARINE 1 STICK
  • SALT AND PEPPER
  • WHITE WINE 1/2 CUP
  • CHICKEN STOCK (ABOUT 1 CUP)
  • CARROTS (OPTIONAL)

Directions

  • PUT CHICKEN IN BAKING DISH.
  • SPRINKLE GARLIC ON TOP
  • PUT SLICE OF MARGARINE ON EACH PIECE.
  • ADD CARROTS
  • SPRINKLE WITH OREGENO,PAPARIKA,AND SALT AND PEPPER.
  • ADD WINE AND CHICKEN STOCK TO BOTTOM.
  • BAKE AT 375 FOR 1 HOUR AND SERVE.
  • BON APPETITE!
