Ingredients

1 cup uncooked orzo

1/4 cup butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp. milk

1/2 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1 cup uncooked orzo

1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1. Cook orzo as directed on package.


2. While orzo is cooking, melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute' until light brown. Drain cooked orzo; stir in butter mixture, milk, salt, pepper, cheese and parsley. Heat through. Yield: 4 servings.
