GLUTEN FREE PIZZA CRUST

Ingredients

  • Toasted Rice flour 1 c
  • Potato starch 1/3 c
  • Tapioca starch 2 ½ tbsp
  • Xanthan gum 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Fresh basil 2 leaves
  • Garlic salt ¼ tsp
  • Instant yeast 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Water 3/4 C +

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Combine warm water and olive oil and mix
  • with dry
  • Beat at high speed for 2 minutes
  • Spread out on a pizza pan
  • Cover and rise for 30-40 minutes
  • Par bake topping until light golden brown
  • Remove from oven and store or use immediately.
