Why I Love This Recipe

For those of us who love thin crust pizza; use brown rice tortillas made by Food for Life (available at Lorenzo’s in the frozen section).
Ingredients You'll Need
Sun dried tomatoes (soak in water first or buy the ones that are in a jar with oil)
Bake it at 425 F until the cheese was melted and the edges were brown (about 7 - 10 min).
I even took one pizza to work the next day and heated in the microwave. The crust was still CRISP!
