GLUTEN FREE PIZZA

Ingredients

  • Pesto sauce
  • Sun dried tomatoes (soak in water first or buy the ones that are in a jar with oil)
  • Artichokes,
  • Leftover chicken
  • Olives
  • Onions
  • Cheese
  • Colleen Watson

Directions

  • Bake it at 425 F until the cheese was melted and the edges were brown (about 7 - 10 min).
  • I even took one pizza to work the next day and heated in the microwave. The crust was still CRISP!
