GAIL'S GREEN SMOOTHIE

Backstory

If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, then an apple green smoothie a day will most definitely keep you healthy for a very long time! This smoothie not only has apples, but is also packed with the power of fresh organic greens. It tastes great and is good for you too!

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 2 large handfuls of washed spinach
  • 1 cup of green grapes
  • 2 stalks of kale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  • Blend all of the ingredients except the ice, for about 30 seconds, on high.
  • Add the ice and blend for another 15 seconds.
  • Pour, sprinkle with extra cinnamon to taste and enjoy it with a friend!
