GAIL'S GREEN SMOOTHIE

- 1 apple
- 2 large handfuls of washed spinach
- 1 cup of green grapes
- 2 stalks of kale
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
- Blend all of the ingredients except the ice, for about 30 seconds, on high.
- Add the ice and blend for another 15 seconds.
- Pour, sprinkle with extra cinnamon to taste and enjoy it with a friend!
